Our Residence
Academia Student Village takes pride in their excellence in every area.
Sharing Rooms
Our rooms are double sharing rooms connected to a kitchen shared by 6 other students. The rooms are also connected to a shared bathroom which includes a toilet, shower, bath and basin.
Student Activities
We encourage student social activities such as Basketball, Netball, Football, Chess Tournaments, and the occasional "braai". To ensure quiet areas of study there are several study rooms through Academia Student Village. We also have a locally run general store in the residence.
Water & Electricity Control
Academia Student Village has full water backups all around the residence in case of water interruptions. Our showers and baths are heated with state-of-the-art heat pumps ensuring warm water for everyone. Students also have full access to well maintained washing machines and washing lines.
Cleaning & Gardening
We have a full time team that ensures that our residence remains clean, neat and presentable.
Safety & Security
Safety & Security takes of the highest priorities at our residence. We pride ourselves in the strict regulations set in place at ASV. The residence is protected and patrolled 24/7 by our security team. To further enhance safety the whole residence is monitored via cameras.
